An art installation in a gallery with hanging circular frames containing maps, creating shadows on the floor. Two paintings are on the wall, one larger abstract piece and a smaller landscape. There is audio equipment with a speaker and a guitar on a stand.

Cartologica

Cartologica is composed of suspended circular forms made from fragments of atlas pages.

The elements drift through space like a loose constellation. As the viewer moves, maps shift between recognition and abstraction.

Geography loosens.
Coordinates lose their certainty.

What appears fixed begins to drift.
